I first met Claus of NICLA-RMB only 4 weeks before we got the keys to our new house in Vera Mar. From initially viewing their excellent video, to finally signing at the Notaria, Claus and his team worked hard to make the sale, agree the contract and purchase the property. We put our apartment up for sale with NICLA-RMB in mid October 23. They Found a buyer within two weeks due to realistic pricing and good professionalism on their part. Purchase completed on December 11th along with Bankers Draft. We could not be more satisfied with their service. Can highly recommend them, they are polite but straight talking ; they do not give you unrealistic and unachievable valuations ,hence their success in selling property is top draw.
